Here are the ingredients for the recipe:
1 cup pearled farro
2 ½ cups vegetable broth
1 large head broccoli, cut into small florets
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups thinly sliced leeks (about 2 large leeks)
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon kosher salt, divided
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups milk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¾ teaspoon dry ground mustard
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
⅛ teaspoon white pepper
1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
6 ounce block of sharp white cheddar, shredded
2 cups butter crackers (such as Ritz)
3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
