Recipe
Cookie Dough
■ 125g unsalted butter
■ 100g light brown sugar
■ 75g white granulated sugar
■ 1 medium egg
■ 1 tsp vanilla
■ 300g plain flour
■ 1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder
■ 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
■ 1/2 tsp sea salt
■ 150g dark chocolate chips
■ 150g milk chocolate chips
Decoration
■ 100g milk chocolate
■ 100g white chocolate
■ chocolate sprinkles/biscuit crumb

Yes, you can! For these, you could freeze them in the moulds as well to make it easier x

Your measurements are in grams.. do t know grams!! Can you post in regular measurements cups, ounces please too?

Just use a kitchen scale, and change from ounce to grams. it’s far more accurate than the US system, you can also google conversions but it’s not perfectly accurate like measuring with a scale.

"Regular" is relative, most of modern civilisation uses metric.

Or you could switch to grams like the rest of the world. It's superior for weighing ingredients so you'll get a better result everytime
