2 tbsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Nutmeg
MAKES 12 COOKIES
COOKIE DOUGH
230g Cold Butter
160g Light Brown Sugar
160g Caster Sugar
360g White Chocolate
480g Plain Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Mix
100g Pumpkin Puree
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Orange Food Colouring
Roll in Demerara Sugar
