Such a great video! Would definitely appreciate more of these in depth tutorials :) and you’re quite the beast moving your bodyweight so effortlessly!! What if we got a video about how you got so im shape for movement? That tucked planche hold like it was nothing was super impressive 🤯

Body weight exercises! It strengthens your joints and flexors in a way that makes you much more stable than lifting weights, which focuses on a much smaller muscle group.

The easiest and safest way to learn handstand is underwater. Start at a water depth about neck height. Gradually move to shallower water. Once your at a water depth that comes to your chest whilst in a handstand, it's probably just as hard as a handstand on land. The benefit of learning underwater is that you can learn what movements cause what quicker. E.g where your facing with your head, where your looking at etc. Because everything is in slow motion because of the water. And naturally you can't fall and hurt yourself unless your in shallow water. It's really good for learning the balance point and how to rectify it if you start to wobble, because you get extra time in the water to save it.
