The best steak I ever bought was in the lake district. It was an incredible grass-fed rump with butter yellow fat. I found a blissful, quiet place, beside lake Windemeer to enjoy my special feast. I began to cook over an open fire but decided to swim in the lake to wash the day's grime off me. I then stood cooking in my underpants with an ill-fitting cardigan on, drinking the finest wines known to man, with my hair long, wet and lank. As the beef reached its point of readiness It became apparent that I'd forgotten to pack cutlery. I rested the beef, stabbed it with a stick and began to eat it from a standing position. Suddenly, I heard a shout from the water behind me, only to be confronted by a boatload of tourists. The beef was incredible but I'd give anything to see a picture of myself at that point looking like a pissed up, neanderthal pervert, with a sooty face and a greasy chin and a side of dead animal on a dirty stick.

Had to give your video a like, if only so that you can get your next Wagyu. I was lucky enough to try it in Japan - in a tiny 16 seat restaurant. The chef didn’t ask how I wanted it cooked, but I needn’t have worried as, like yours, it came out like beef flavoured butter. I could even ‘cut’ it with chopsticks! Well done for introducing more people to this fantastic product.

for drawers when travelling it might be an idea to do what airplanes do, and have a rotating piece that you can just twist up to stop the drawers from moving during travel. without having to change the drawers you could also use some elastic or an elastic string to wrap each side around the drawers knob and keep it from falling out

I have this on my food list. So far the best food and place I have eaten is the oldest restaurant in the world. That is Casa Botin, it is in Spain Madrid, I had roast suckling pig one of its signature dishes, it was dam gorgeous, as I was working in Madrid I went on a steak fest and ended up going back to have Steak and Chips done in the kiln that blew me away more than anything I had ever eaten. So then the A5 went on my list too. Glad you enjoyed it Alex.
