It has been a while since I've cooked a whole snapper. Usually if I cook a fish whole I will fry it but this time I baked the whole fish!

Heiko, very informative for people who have yet to spearfish. My biggest black grouper in the Bahamas with a pole spear was at Walkers Cay with a shark chasing me back to the transom. My buddies sled was a 23 formula cuddly with twin 4cyl inboard outboards.

Ok Heiko. I held my breath, as long as it took you to reach the bottom. I need lots of practice. Love watching you spearfish though. You really have a great shot. Gonna try that recipe on mangos next winter when we come. Gonna bring our 25ft Baja sportfish, we sold the Hewes Redfisher 18. Couldn't get to the reef much but that's all Gonna change. Great video Heiko! I had no problem holding my breath but I was not experiencing the pressure increase or the swimming activity.I was sitting with my morning coffee watching the river flow.So no,I am not sure I could dive down that deep.

Descaling out of the water, if you descale one small strip at the time using the tip of the knife the scales won't fly as much.

Hydo when you spiar a fish when you get to the top or on the way up bringing the fish another one otherwise stay of them in the brain then cut the gills to bleed them it’s a good practice to get into and you’ll have a better tasting fish

Florida looks like a nice place to live, in general. Durban, South Africa has similar sports fishing action, albeit less tropical. Have a look at the Hammercat 35. They are built in Cape Town and shipped out to Fort Lauderdale. Maybe you could contact them for a test run and demo on your channel. All the best.
