Today in this country vlog we decided to make food for you called Abgoosht (Broth). The broth is a delicious and attractive Iranian food.

Ingredients of this food:
lamb
lamb fat
potato
tomato
tomato paste
onion
Pea
Beans
Savory
salt
Spices
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
recipe:
It is better to soak the peas and beans from the day before
Put meat, tails, tomatoes, chickpeas, beans and onions in a pot, add water to it and put it on the gas.
Turn down the heat when the water boils
Then add turmeric and pepper
Put the lid on the pot to cook completely
After about 1.5 hours, add the potatoes and dried lemon
Then add tomato paste, salt, cinnamon and savory for 1 hour
Put the lid on the pot and let the food cook slowly
Then separate the tails and beat them and add them to the food again
After about half an hour the broth is ready
