Kitty and Otto are so good with Arlo! Loved this video, Robbie. Hope you had a lovely Christmas. My goal for next year is to learn to walk and use my hand properly again. I was recently almost totally paralysed, and have just come out of a 3 week stay in hospital after having emergency surgery. I now have to have rehabilitation to learn how to do stuff again. There are no guarantees it’ll work , but that is definitely my goal.

Gosh Karen, that's a big goal. I've been doing some filming work for a hospital (I run a production company as my day job) and bits of that have been filming rehab patients. It's amazing how much progress some of them make. Good luck with it. Let me know how you're getting on.

My goals are musts for me. Just keep pressing on, treat people as they deserve to be treated. Don't help evil, this can be a simple thing like not purchasing a product if a company shouldn't exist. Should Coca-Cola exist, MacDonalds (and most other fast food outlets) most financial institutions. Don't vote, it's broken. Don't eat meat, what right have you. Be generous, don't tolerate people who are not generous, exclude them from your life. If you are thinking of having children then stop, think about it more, are you going to do the right thing by them, feeding them the right food, not leaving them to sit in front of a screen for hours, teaching them how to do the important things. Robbie you seem to have have really good kids, bravo on growing food no matter how much it is, great example. And finally listen to Bob Dylan

Huge goal of mine is to get under the 3 hour mark at London marathon! I've been running for just over 2 years, lost 8 stone, and took my time from 6 hours 30, to 3 hours 10! Great to see you also enjoy a dabble in the outdoors too, great content Robbie, and Merry Christmas x

Yeah, for this I didn't light it and was on autofocus because it was Christmas. For the cooking live streams I do I make a bit more effort and put a light up. Camera tip - you can get away with bad pictures more than you can bad sound, so focus on audio as much as possible. Feel free to DM me on Instagram if you want any specific advice.
