I made these tonight and they were pretty amazing. Made rosemary salt for the first time too. The filling was enough for 2 packages of puff pastry. I only had 1 out so I made sausage Pattie’s with the leftover mix. Very flavorful and filling. I don’t have a meat grinder so I just used my food processor. And I had boneless country style ribs to use up in my freezer so I used that. This is going to be made often!
