Your character literally speaks through your actions and the way you treat your employees especially! The way you treat them with so much respect and love, I'm actually a bit emosh because I know a lot of Asians treat their workers horribly or with less respect especially during busy periods under pressure in the restaurant. I don't even care about the food at this moment (not that your food doesn't look absolutely amazing anyway) but I hope Allah puts more barakah into your restaurant!

I cooked your Rogan Josh last night with king prawns instead of lamb. I forgot to add the gree pepper but it was still absolutely amazing! Raw frozen king prawns are brilliant because you can chuck them in frozen and cook them out in the sauce

Well last one I made was your Daal. Had it with tandoori chicken. Lipsmackingly good. This meal looks fantastic. Especially the lamb. We must make it to your restaurant.
