North fl chick here. I have fallen in love with this channel. From going to the little canals fishing (ditches as you call them) to going out on the shrimp boats. Fishing on the side of the road reminds me of being little going with my daddy. Catching shrimp with a flash light and a net. Now that im older im watching this so i can get some tricks for catching stuff like crabs. We dont have local fishermen here to buy off the boats since the ocean is an hour or more away. I got a small cast net and im trying to learn how to throw em like you instead of doing the spinning and throwing. Keep making videos. I love watching em.

I live in Texas but worked a lot in Louisiana. I brought many shrimp back home to Texas from Louisiana. I have also hauled shrimp all the way up to Oklahoma for my co-workers on the Canadian Pipeline. Get you some.
