I liked watching your cooking video; mixing all the ingredients that I would never eat together. Yes, I will admit....I am a very picky and normal eater. Hope you don't hate me for this. Talia may not appreciate it, but I find Madisons dancing entertaining. You just have to teach Bowie how to dance so you have a partner. I love seeing you share your meals with your family and friends. You do that all the time and I know people love you for it. The carrots, onions, celery mix? In french is the mirepoix. ( basic base mix for everything) you're great chefs. I appreciate and adore nurses. You're so important. Not sure if you have the freezer space but at loblaws or any grocery store, they sell a frozen pack of veggies that includes onion, celery, carrots and red pepper so you don't have to chop everything up (: Also you can cook your pasta in the sauce when its done, the starch will thicken it a bit from the pasta itself. Everything looks so yummy though!

I make my own hot sauce’s and my favourite go to for soups is Ginger garlic and Cayenne 🌶 . blend it into a paste and kept in fridge. Ferment everything in the van from onions , radish , carrot ginger mix. 👣🐾✌️ keep up the hard work ladies🎥
