Cooking "Naga dish" in Bolivia

I think food plays an important part in fellowshipping with new people. Nagaland has varieties of food which has its own cultural and tribal roots. being an "Ao-Naga", i grew up eating "Rosup". it was something that I really miss here in Bolivia. sadly, I could not cook the exact replica of it because of the lack of ingredients. however, I tried to cook it for me and my Bolivian friends. hope you enjoy watching as much as I enjoyed the cooking process.
