During our two-week stay, we had the incredible opportunity to attend a cooking class at La Tortilla Cooking School, where we learned how to prepare some of Guatemala's most beloved traditional dishes. From the rich and flavorful Pepian to the sweet and savory Rellenitos, this experience was a true taste of Guatemalan culture.
