My grandpa used to work at a poultry back when I was in elementary school. He used to take home deformed eggs which came in all shapes and sizes that didn't pass supermarket standards, so there would be mini eggs, conjoined eggs that looked like the number 8 and eggs with double yolk! Anyways, he sometimes would take home live chickens and my grandma used to cook the same thing with the "unlaid" eggs, but instead ADOBO it with vinegar and soy sauce. I am Filipino BTW. This indian recipe looks just as delicious. YUM

This is good education for city dwellers. The hen was cooked, they don't waste anything that has nutritional value. My father grew up a farm, they are everything as they were poor and every calorie was welcomed.

My grannie used to make a chicken noodle soup and put unlaid eggs in it. That was so tasty. We were like 6 or 7 kids and we were chasing the eggs in soup. Ah memories... the best soup ever

For the ones who got doubt on how the eggs were not broken. This eggs are in the stage where it's getting formed in the hens stomach. With in few days it will get the outer shell and the hen shall lay eggs. When that hen is slaughtered the eggs in the stomach is used in the above video. He is preparing this in his field. Hence lack the use of proper vessel's and the clean setup. I like the concept of not wasting anything edible. 3cheers.
