Love these videos and Susur. I became a chef because of Susur Lee and ate at Lotus in October 1994. I still remember what I had..... Lobster salad wrapped in slivered mango to resemble an egg and rack of lamb with chili mint chutney. We were the last table of the night but were not rushed. Susur came out to talk the other last table and was wearing shorts and a t-shirt... ultra cool Chef and amazing food. I was very lucky to have Chef Lee personally cook my food.

I hope Levi and Susar read this as that lobster salad with shaved mango and I believe raspberry vinaigrette was amazing and I would love to know the recipe, I tried to replicate it with ataulfo mangoes but I am not sure . I hope they do this recipe because it is kick ass and that chili mimt chutney for the lamb.WOW.

I think a really big misconception with people that haven’t been in the fitness industry for a while is that a bulk needs to be a dirty bulk when it’s actually intended to be a healthy and a lean bulk. If you talk to bodybuilders or if it’s completed yourself you would know that it’s really important to have a lean bulking to remain healthy, competitors that have been in the industry for a while or people that I’ve just been into fitness for a while know that you’re not supposed to be putting anything bad in your body and you’re supposed to still maintain a healthy diet even when trying to gain lean muscle. A lot of people abuse the fact that it’s called a bulk and try to just eat whatever to gain weight when that’s not the end goal, the end goal is to gain muscle.
