My book just came in! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! I would like to make this recipe, but bring down the calorie density of it. Can I substitute the cashews for hanna yams? Thank you Chef AJ :)

My son refuses to cook or eat anything that includes the term VEGAN. I try to explain to him that he is missing out on numerous excellent recipes. The only exception to his rule is Chef AJ's Sweet Indulgence, as it caters to his wife's gluten-free needs.
