Yeah they are very lucky and it’s great to watch others bonding. But so are a lot of people even if we don’t have a legend in our homes because there’s also the less fortunate that we got to remember and be thankful for what we got helping those less fortunate people when we can.

It’s because they are competitions or people asking for his help and they should have a good idea what they are doing or if asking for his help they need to listen and when they don’t he has a reason to be upset.

It's a very chef measure, for sure. As far as I have observed a knob appears to mean anywhere between a teaspoon to two tablespoons. And the cook/chef just uses knob to mean "how much I need to add right now."

Yes theyre being filmed so they're on their best behavior and theres obviously structure to what theyre doing and why theyre there, but their relationship is obviously quite real and actually the fact they seem to be so comfortable around each other even when theyre being filmed is a testament to how close they really are. Or actually, they all can't stand each other and theyre putting this on for the TV because Ji Xhin on youtube said so. Theres bad takes and theres baaaaad takes.

Gordon is one of the best human beings I know..he is just soo polite and respectful when he learns something and puts his heart and soul in his food..I love him soo much..I am almost the same age as his daughter and he has some similar traits in character with my dad such as playfully annoying and loving me ..I admire him so much💖

I usually save Gordon's videos, invite friends over on Sundays after shopping for ingredients, whip out one of his crazy recipes and just copy eveything step by step. All my buddies are 100% convinced I attend secret advanced cooking lessons everytime i'm "busy".

Icing sugar and balsamic vinegar is such a delicious treat with fruit or even drizzled lightly over a sponge cake with clotted cream! It does sound weird but it truly is fantastic!

I know understand why he yells at cooks. When you are all into smells and taste buds, its hard to understand why people cook without putting their heart and soul into it. Gordon may be strict but he knows he's stuff. Its an honor to follow you here and in Instagram. Am still learning as I want to be able to cook international level one day. Thank you for your guidance thru your videos.. I still want to create my own taste buds, but good to have a mentor to follow

Your Burger Place in Kensington made it onto Rate My Takeaway today, I went into the branch in the West End in April, and you came across the road as I was outside waiting for service, I would say that the layout looks easier too get around in Kensington, I have asked you and the company if you could look at the layout of the other place for people with disabilities, as a chef myself it was great too be cooked for just for a change

Myself personally every restaurant I’ve ever worked in I’ve added water to my sugar when making caramel. Some have said this is cheating, but the reason I prefer this method is if your sugar has more time that it can be at the temperature necessary to start caramelizing while not overcooking and burning those reactions will actually enhance and deepen the flavor of the finished caramel.
