Trotter kena marinate dengan garam 3.spoon dan tepong ubi kayu 5 spoon, masa 20 minutes, cuci 3 kali bersih, baru mula memasak.. ( SAMA JUGA DAGING KAMBING, DAGING LEMBU DAN DAGING KERBAU, CAMPUR HALUA 5 JEPING DAN LENGKUAS 5 KEPING UNTUK DAGING DI ATAS..) ok.

Hallo Top Chef.. Trotter arau Pork Nuckles, bahan yg kamu miss out, lada putih 3 spoon, cuja hitam 5 sudu, Samsu beras 3 spoon, Halia 5 keoing patyt goreng dengn Seasame oil dahulu, baru taruh dalam kuah Trotter.. Ok.!

i prefer softer as well! Also ahpa, the last time i did a braise. I bought pork knuckle bone, bought from supermarket, so it was the whole knuckle and not split in half. When i did the blanching process, even though it is boiling already. Blood continue to ooze out of the bone. Should I continue to let it boil until no more blood ooze out?

Maximum is for it to blanch for few minutes will do. If u find foams when u cook, just use a sieve to sieve away.

Blanching will help. Cumin will also help as part of the seasoning. Or get a younger lamb also will have lesser gameness.

Hi, if I use the thermal pot which initially it will still continue to cook inside the pot for some time after take off from heat then will keep warm. How long do I need braised on heat to prevent the meat became over soft?
