The way you treat the rice with egg yolk and oil is similar to the Japanese method of mixing mayonnaise into the rice before frying.

I didn't think of the yolk in the rice. That's a quirky idea. The yolk gives off a pale taste.❤

A dash of white pepper would be nice. Sonehow, when i use same day precooked rice, it's still too soggy 😕
