Ah Pa, I suggest adding half cup of Chinese rice (cooking) wine to enhance the flavour. And serve with brown rice, chilli padi and chopped garlic like in the restaurants. Can charge your guests RM30 each, no problem.

The vegetable you used is actually Romaine lettuce. Not sure what is the name in Chinese. Yau Mak is a different vegetable. I think Tang O is also good with bak Kut Teh !!

walau u lost me with prawns, oyster sauce, mushrooms and veg.....no longer a bak kut teh...more like a stew
