Curry pork ribs

Curry Pork Ribs is a very common dish found in Johor Bahru, it usually has very thick curry broth and you would really want to drench your bowl of white rice with alot of its curry sauce.
Ingredients:
300g of soft ribs
1 potato (cut into chunks)
½ tomato (cut into chunks)
1 big bowl of chicken stock
100g of coconut milk
Ingredients (Curry Paste):
Fresh Herbs:
1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
1 tablespoon of chopped shallot
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
½ tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander’s root
½ tomato (chopped)
Some curry leaves
Curry Powders:
2 tablespoons of red chili powder
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of coriander powder
1 tablespoon of meat curry powder
Seasoning:
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Few drops of premium fish sauce
Garnishing:
Curry leaves
