FRIED QUESADILLA WITH POTATO AND CHORIZO

Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen, today I’m so excited to share my super easy and delicious potatoes and chorizo fried quesadillas!This recipe is one of my favorites to do after a long day of work, when I want something fast easy but yet delicious! I hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do ☺️ Like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe , this is the way I was taught and I hope you enjoy it! Ingredients: makes about 12-15 quesadillas
4 cups instant corn masa (MASECA)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 1/4 cup warm water
3 potatoes
8 oz chorizo
4 cups cheese
1/4 onion
3 chile chipotle in adobo sauce
Salt and Pepper
1 serving of love 💕

It looks like it might be the Johnsonville brand, the yellow container looks familiar. I've had their chorizo and I happen to like it better than traditional chorizo. Like you said, it's more meaty and not greasy. Where I live, it's hard to find, so when I see it, I buy several packages. 😊👍

I really appreciate that you're keeping original ingredients because a lot cooks and even chefs will change the original ingredients to even foreign ingredients and call it Mexican rather than just mention that it's their own ingredients or something

Just made a half batch of these and they were amazing. My 'tortilla' shells fried up great but started to break apart when i opened them to stuff them. I ended up putting most of the toppings on top instead of inside. Loved them! Any advice to keep them from falling apart next time?
