Made this last night. Absolutely amazing. I had this dish for the first (and only) time at a restaurant in Mexico City and have been wanting it again ever since. Was very pleased to find this video and be able to make this for my family and share it with them. It DID take a LOOOOOOT longer to make than I had thought it might, and it made a HUGE mess, but it was so worth it. The whole family just loved it and wanted more. Can't wait to try this again. Would have been nice to have the instructions listed after the ingredients in the video description. Two thumbs up.

My husband loved this! That’s a lot to say because he is from the Capital and he judges so many moles 😂. He just prefers the sweet mole so I added 3 1/2 chocolate abuelitas and he was so happy with the outcome. He said it tasted like the mole in DF. 😊 thank you for this wonderful recipe! I call these Enmoladas 😊I also make them out of Beans which I call enfrijoladas and some made out of tomato sauce( I know, might sound weird) but they're delicious. The tomato ones I call them Entomatadas.

Yes, you're right. -Enmoladas have mole as the sauce. -Entomatadas/Enjitomatadas have either green or red tomatoes as the sauce. -Enfrijoladas have a bean type puree as the sauce. -Enchiladas have a chile sauce mixture as the sauce. All very Mexican, nutritious, and delish! 👌
