Correct me if I’m wrong but most authentic cooks pull the chicken from a roasted chicken I find that the chicken breast is a dryer ingredient as opposed to a roasted chicken your thoughts

@@robertnardone9387 it depends on what you want your finished product to be. Grilled chicken, shredded chicken from a whole roasted or boiled chicken, it's up to you. If you don't overcook chicken breast, it won't be dry. With all of the tomato and onion in Claudia's chicken filling, it will not be dry. It will be delicious! I am a bit offended by your implication that she is not an "authentic" cook.

Pro tip; use equal parts flour and water and paint it shut, it will seal it closed once it hits the oil! No worries about unraveling! I really like this one as you don’t have to boil/shred!!

Chimis!!! Yay!!! I have been wanting some of these so bad! I am definitely trying this recipe they look absolutely delicious! Thanks for the great recipes my family enjoys them. We moved from Arizona to somewhere out east I miss so many things that you can't get here. I didn't know a cheese crisp is an Arizona thing people look at me funny when I mention them lol. I wish I could get a green chili cheese crisp... Those are my favorite.

Made this tonight followed exact recipe only I added cheese on the inside was so good!! Definitely a keeper except next time around I'll only add maybe two chipotles.. Those lil guys are kinda spicy I'm prego so can't handle the spice right now.. But it still didn't stop me from devouring them, delicious😋 and super simple! Ty:)))

I’ve been following you & watching your videos for months. I’ve been nervous to try some of your recipes since I’m not very familiar with a lot of the peppers and authentic Mexican ingredients, but this one seemed very “do-able”. Let me tell you the aroma in the kitchen while cooking got me & the kids so excited. Sadly I had to omit the Chile in chipotle adobo sauce, but none-the-less, the chicken was so flavorful! We L💜VED it & I plan on many more repeats! Thank you for sharing !!! 😋
