I too was like....Woops I'm doing it wrong! Did you notice how the cheese on the last one turned a golden brown. That's the bomb with cheese like that. It gets a bit crispy!

I just noticed you have a Vitamix A3500!!!! I bought one last week (3/11/21) and I love it. The main reason I purchased it is so that I don’t have to strain my Mexican chile sauces for cooking. I made posole over the weekend and was soooooo excited to not have to strain the Chile sauce for the posole. Do you like your Vitamix? Is there anything that you have found bad about it?
