Kristie you inspire me with your warmth and loving nature. I think it's wonderful sharing your procedure as I know a lot of us can benefit from watching your journey and this takes the fear out of having the procedure for myself in the future.

The stress of the surgery, not to mention the trauma and the drugs during surgery will make you retain fluids for a bit, but you look amazing already. I am so happy for you.

I have no idea how you can go without the percocet so soon! I had a mommy-makeover in 2011 and I needed it for more than 2 days! It was about a week I'd say then I was off of it. Good for you on the surgery, you deserve it.

During your surgery, I'm sure they gave you fluids through your IV and that is likely responsible for some of your weight gain. Plus - all that swelling your noticing - there's fluid there too. Don't let that scale flip you out. You're doing fantastic!!!

Did they give you any instructions about not lifting your arms or stretching your arms? Like wise, did they give you any instructions to move your arms. Any advice on lifting, stirring, etc.

What kind of compression are you wearing?
@elizabethlavet75288 жыл бұрын
Does the compression garment help with your back problems, help you move better or feel better in that part?. Likewise, does the compression garment irritate your scoliosis, do you notice any benefit or nonbenefit to the compression garment in ways other than being tight and annoying?

Don't be lazy about using ice packs. Cooling is so powerful anti-inflammatory. If the doctor recommended really use the ice or cooling. So much research about cooling helping healing and reducing swelling and reduction of damage. Research on cooling and heart attacks and many more areas of medicine, brain swelling etc.

Did they leave you with the size Large TED hosiery or give you a smaller size?

i am new to your channel. i was browsing for skin removal surgery reactions. i have lost 40 pounds and have about 80 more to go. i am 62 and have gained and lost weight so many times that i already have ugly loose skin. it will be so much worse when i am done. how quickly did the pain subside after your surgery? would you do this again if you could do it all over again. i want the loose skin gone, but i am so scared of the pain. i will need a breast lift, stomach, legs and arms done. i know this will most likely be done in two surgeries. any info would help me.

I was wondering, do they administer antibiotics to you during or after the surgery? I am allergic to most antibiotics and am thinking of doing this for my own arms. Thanks!

Just curious, have you looked into taking Serrapeptase for reduction of scar tissue? I started taking that, when I blew my right knee, this past december, and I really believe it helped. Just an idea. Glad you are feeling much better :)

Kind of off topic but if anyone ever needs to clean their teeth and can't brush for some reason, oil pulling will do a great job of it.
