Tried making it for the first time and everyone absolutely loved it! Some changes I made: 1) I didn't use beetroot (cuz didn't have them) 2) I let them pressure cook for 6 whistles (I wanted them to be very soft as I didn't have a masher) 3) I used Chana masala instead of pav bhaji masala (as I didn't have it😝) Thank you chef for this easy yet delicious recipe! ❤

Great recipe, easy to follow and tastes amazing. Time saving trick with the pressure cooker and done properly. Only addition I made was adding grated cauliflower with onions and capsicums. Loved the taste.
