Don't worry about 100% DoD...it's far more likely that something else will fail before your battery cells do. People focus too much on extending the battery cycles when it will never be an issue...enjoy 100% of the capacity you have.

Hi, mate. Tell me please, do this battery BMS have cells balancing option?
@JustinsProject16 күн бұрын
I can not 100% confirm but I do believe that the cells are balancing. I wish there are a Bluetooth smart shunt installed that would provide that data in real time.

Do you think this battery could be charged with solar panels? Looking to get one for my trolling motor?

It definitely can. You will need a solar charge controller, though.

Hello, could you advice please because LiTime support not useful... I have same 24v 100Ah battery but totally confused with full charge voltage. Should I charge it until 28-29+ Volts or stop charging after 27 Volts as battery manual shows that 27V is a 100% capacity? (I believe my cheap charger from Aliexpress has monitoring option and can stop charging but from I see it keep charging after 27.5V and it taking a time so I assume it still transfering power to battery?
@JustinsProject4 ай бұрын
Good question. For complete, certainly on that, I would reach out to LiTime support and get that confirmed.

@@JustinsProject they said 26,66V means that battery fully charged, lol but my charger showing 40% charging progress with 27.4V on battery also after disconnect at 27.4V I found 30-31V on terminals (my batteries connected in parallel to inverter so maybe it was affected them but strange anyway)
@viktor679903 ай бұрын
I have 4 of those, and manual says charge 28.8/29.2V is 100% while charging. When disconnected from charger for several hours, rest voltage greater or equal to 26.66 is 100%. Which makes sense for voltage drop. So charge to 28.8 or to 27, like i do, for longevity.
@NikitaGarets3 ай бұрын
@@viktor67990 actually now my batteries charges up to 27.4v max and charger indicate "full" anyway I trying to charge for about 26.6-27:) from what I heard you can use LiFePo4 battery between 70 and 90% for crazy number of cycles

why do they limit only 2 batteries wired in series ?
@JustinsProject9 ай бұрын
Since it's a 24v, two would create a 48v system. Then you could parallel 4. For a max of 400ah. Creating roughly 20kWh of capacity. Hope that helps.
@scottm49779 ай бұрын
I am replacing 12 agm 12v batteries wired in series on solar. Total now is 24v/639 Ah @50% would be 320Ah so 2 lith in series won't be enough. Other companies have said 4 100Ah lith batteries Daisy chain together .
