@@cooking-the-world When visiting Cologne, try the Reibekuchen and, for a kick as tourist, visit the Goldene Kammer in the St.-Ursula-Basilika which is not far away from the famous cathedral. In Hamburg, Planten un Blomen is a nice botanical garden with water-light organ concerts in the warm season. And try to visit the Miniatur Wunderland, as world's largest model railway has much more to offer than just trains. For eating I would recommend the Ocean Fisch & Steak Restaurant not far away from the Landungsbrücken, but be careful: It is small, so it's a good idea to reserve a table. Baumann's Bierbar close to the main station had also nice food (something like "Schweinefilets mit Pfifferlingen und Bratkartoffeln") when I visited Hamburg in 2013.

Suggestion: You should also visit the north of Germany. There you will find other typical german food. By the way.... The new and modern dishes are others...

We had a trip planned for November, but another lock down happened. I went once to Rügen and I was amazed by the cuisine from North Germany. I think thats my biggest wish to go there and eat :) If you have any suggestions what city would be a good one for food let me know.

As far as I know there are 5-6 regional variations of Sauerbraten in Germany. Wanted to make a video and cook all of them. But that would be a lot of work!🧐

@atlantissucher14644 жыл бұрын
@animalfriend64134 жыл бұрын
@@atlantissucher1464 Sicher.
