Guyanese Cassava Pone With A Twist

Ingredients
2 Cups purée cassava
3/4 cup grated coconut
3/4 cup carnation milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 Tbsp almond essence
1 Tsp nutmeg
1 Tsp cinnamon powder
1 overripe banana
1/4 Tsp black pepper
Bake 350F for 45-1hrs
