Bay is my oldest grandchild and her family came over here after church for Dinner. Since She was home from Ole Miss -her college of choice.
I told her she could pick the menu for Sunday.
For the last few days, I’ve been sharing those videos with all of you. This week you have seen them all Apple Dumplings, Creamed Potatoes, and now the Cubed Steak with Biscuits.

hello miss Gantt, i just today received a bag of the Amish soap that you use. i live in the north of England in a beautiful place called the lake district. i contacted the company, told them i was a viewer of yours and was enquiring about shipping some to the UK. They said they were looking into doing this in the future and that in the meantime there was a lady in Scotland, on ebay, who did sell small amounts of the soap. well i received my bag today and is does smell and feel very nice. Problem was i hade 3 elderly neighbors in my home for afternoon tea, they think as im only 48 that im a spring chicken, and i do enjoy making them cakes as i know they are all quite lonely. well to cut a very long story short, after smelling the soap and them declaring how similar it was to soap you could once buy, i am now down to 2 bars as had to give them one each lol. oh well a reason to order some more. thank you miss Gantt for all the hard work and for the beautiful words of the Lord, brings me to tears somedays. love glenn x.

We are making a trip “home” to Luverne in the next month or so. Everyone is gone now so instead of enjoying visiting with our family we make the journey to place our spring flowers on the graves. That trip is always bittersweet when we think back over a 50+ year period of time and all of those wonderful memories that we made. One place that I dearly loved to go was to Grant Pond (we called it pond but others called it Giant Lake. If you knew any Helms or Coggins that was our family.

Just one thing about cooking gluten free, you have to cook in a separate pan with separate utensils, if you put a piece in with flour it will get on the gluten free, I have learned by messing up. I am new to watching your videos, I love them, reminds me of my mamas cooking. She taught me so much and I miss her

You can make Homemade Biscuits with 2 ingredients. Take 2 cups of self rising flour. Put in bowl add 1 and 1/2 cups of heavy whipping .mix well roll out flat cup Biscuits out.put on cooking sheet bake on 500 for 8 minutes.
