1 kg chicken
4 no onions
2 tsp full ginger garlic paste
1 tsp degi mirch powder
3 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chop garlic
3-4 tomato
2 black cardamom
5 cloves
1 stick cinemon
20 black pepper whole
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
5-6 kashmiri mirch whole
1/4 nutmeg
4 bay leaf
chop coriander
for smoke one coal
1/4 tsp desi ghee/butte
