because of the cheese and cream i wouldn't cook this for more than 4 hours. The sauce might have a bitter after taste

Ah, thank you for explaining that Claudia. As sort of a novice cook I appreciate those kinds of lessons and tips. You make it look so easy. But after eating several of my flops, I now know that there is a reason for each and every ingredient, its amount, and cooking time, temp etcetera-- which you don't learn overnight.
