This video shows you how I make my Pastechi. I chose to do 3 different fillings in one video, so there are enough choices!

Tips & advice:
Add more sugar if you want the dough to be sweet and less if you don't.
Raisins are both optional in the tuna and meat.
Be creative, make your own filling, to your liking.
The flatter you roll the dough the thinner the pastechi will be.
Always set dough aside for at least 15 minutes.
Make sure your cooked filling is cooled down before filling your dough.
