Jelly cake recipe for 2 cakes (Size:10cmx7cmx6.5cm)

5g jelly powder OR agar powder
12g agar powder
1 liter water
100g sugar
½ Tbsp vanilla extract

2 tsp hot water

1tsp pandan juice
A little of turmeric powder mix
A little water of butterfly pea
Pink flowers:
50ml coconut milk jelly
1tsp strawberry syrup
Orange flowers:
50ml coconut milk jelly
1tsp strawberry syrup
1/8tsp turmeric powder mix
Blue jelly:
80ml boiling water
20 dried butterfly pea flowers
50ml coconut milk jelly
2/3tsp water of butterfly pea flower
White flowers:
50ml coconut milk jelly
Flan jelly:
2 egg yolks
100ml coconut milk
70g sweetened condensed milk
100g cream cheese
60ml whipping cream
Remaining of coconut milk jelly
Mold large size: 20cmx13cmx5cm
small size: 10cmx7cmx6.5cm
