Just like Bill and others who have followed this recipe I'm in hog heaven with it. Went with the Chris N Pits sauce for mine. This instant pot thing has become a real game changer. Loaded the meat onto Hawaiian sweet rolls with other selected toppings and baked them off like folks like to do. Be waiting for more great instant pot vids.
