Thankyou for sharing the samosa recipe. I made samosas everything was fine but samosas were little hard, not the one like you showed in the end.

I mentioned in the video if you make perfect dough then samosa will be perfect, I explained very well watch again and ask me if you’ve any question, Dough should be hard and flaky no need to knead if you make a fine smooth dough samosa crust will be hard, not soft crunch like shown in video. So all depends on the dough.

I try many of them and reasult was super perfect Alhumdolilah..Your hard work shown in your recipes .I try your recipe of samosa,it was also win my heart❤.super easy. But today again, i am going to make these smosas but one thing which i noticed that you took butter half quantity of water ,and while speaking you said 1/4 tea spoon butter. Now i am a little confused. I made recipe by 1/4 cup butter instead of 1/4 tea sp. Can you please explain me .

Yes I also freeze them and reheat in air fryer, no you can not use oil for dough, search for imli ki chutney by cooking with passion, I’ve shown in detail how to prepare imli ka pulb.

Make sure you follow all the tips I shared in the video, make a medium hard dough and ghee quantity is half of water, (no oil) first fry at low heat when starts to change color and float then turn the heat to medium and fry until desired color.

Yes, for before frying : arrange them in a freezer safe tray and freeze until firm then place them in airtight container and freeze, I store them after frying and reheat in air fryer and they taste just like fresh.
