I did make the amritsari chole recipe and it was yummy and it turned out very tasty the whole family enjoyed it with rice, hence thank you chef very much. You mentioning about alloo masala being black and not yellow proves you are true to Lucknow. A true UPite.. Whenever I eat samosa, the first thing I notice whether masala is yellow or black. A yellow masala filled samosa is not a samosa :D Perfect UP wala samosa recipe :)
