Sirf samosa nahi chef har ek kaam short cut me nahi hota hai ji... Patience is very much needed to accomplish anything...woh short cut wala nahi but 2nd shape ki hai maine samosa ki bachpan me apni daadi maa k sath, woh shape aata hai mujhe😄utna bhi tough nahi hai bass ek do bar practice karna hoga that's it....and apke jaise mentor ya guide or teacher honestly kismat walo ko hi milte hai... Thank you chef looking at the video even I would be encouraged to make it, the steps are not easy but still worth a try. I did make the amritsari chole recipe and it was yummy and it turned out very tasty the whole family enjoyed it with rice, hence thank you chef very much. Now next month is our parsi new year most probably on 16 th of August kindly post some parsi recipe for the whole week so that we can try them at home, it's a request kindly listen to us also. You mentioning about alloo masala being black and not yellow proves you are true to Lucknow. A true UPite.. Whenever I eat samosa, the first thing I notice whether masala is yellow or black. A yellow masala filled samosa is not a samosa :D Perfect UP wala samosa recipe :)
