Here in American Samoa Lamb flaps is a local favorite. This type of meat is used by Samoan families in a variety foods. In fact, that is my favorite meat, A New Zealand reporter states that they use lamb flaps as dog food. But I don't care about what they think. Growing up here in Am. Samoa this is the type of food we grew up eating, my parents makes the best dish using lamb flaps, whether its roasted, curry, gravy, stir fried, lamb flaps is a local favorite for all Samoan families.
