I was so happy to see JuJu up there. He is a class act. He is still racing pro Jett ski as well damn!!!!! They are intimidated for sure oh Haiden. They are broken now. I saw Beaumer's lap times in the Futures, just after Deegan moved to pro. Same lap times as the best 450 guys, and 2 seconds faster than Deegan at the time. I guess has has had some injuries since then, and good to see him with his speed again. IMO. I don't care to see any Triumph riders do well, as I highly suspect they really did not enter the MX side fairly. I can't see a new bike making a profit, when KTM is buying others that are going out of business, (I think KTM is folding one now), with more bikes out there will less riders in the history of the USA MX racing. I will bet money Triumph has taken government subsidies (do not have to make a profit), with the agreement to lead the electric bike charge. I am sure Honda has made very good electric bikes, but i think Japan is getting tired with the EPA pushing them around, and I noticed their latest 4-stroke are thousands of dollars less expensive; I believe to make it hard for the unfair government subsidized entries. Deegan is the new Bob Hannah,--but not as brash. Everybody is a sensitive baby today, and I won't even date a gal like that. :)

Deegan going 1-1 on the day was no surprise, but the fact that he ran everybody down and was doing a rhythm that only some of the 450 guys were doing was twice as mind-blowing! hearing you say what you said about Levi Kitchen got me thinking back to one moto when Tomac stole Barcia's thunder in the 250cc class in Motocross in 2012 I believe when Tomac ran down Barcia and passed him. Beumer getting 2nd overall had to have been the greatest story of the day! That's only the beginning of a promising future for him to stardom. Good stuff as usual, Cooksey! I'll be looking for your 450cc video tomorrow.

Riders knows they aren’t as fast and yeah… they could fight him more, but Deegan isn’t afraid to get aggressive if he has to. He’s good at it too. He would put them down just like he almost did to RJ. I was hoping this success and new level he found outdoors would carry over to SX and it freaking did. Kid is a star.

I just don't get why these guys keep poking the bear with Deegan. The dude is a motocross savant. His race craft is beyond anything we've seen in years. Not only that, but he literally rides like he's on fire every single lap. This is James Stewart territory that he's in. And dip shits like #24 call the guy out as being unpatriotic. The Deegans are a lot of things. Love them or hate them, you can never say they don't love this country. But Moto is a business. Haiden has obligations to his sponsors, his team and his family. @@thedude7726 James Stewart did 3 years in the 125 class. I actually asked RC's Mother at Red Bud if James was scared to move up. She laughed while saying "Nooooo". Back then, (maybe 2002?), a great bleacher (gone now for that newer building), top row saw 95% of the track, and it was 20 bucks extra for the top bench, first come first serve, (those days are gone). RC's Mom had the spot right next to me, and she was up there with a stop watch, paper and pencil, when RC was on the track. 2 hrs total. She never told me to shut up. Nice lady. :)

That "bike claim" issue, we actually have backwards as far as morality goes. That is a rule that allows somebody to take your private property, (it is a immoral rule), and Brian was actually the most moral guy in the industry for not letting that theft happen. Just think of somebody claiming your home someday. It is a private property issues,---that the philosophies of communism ignore. That is the kind of philosophy that the rule comes from, and I thought it was abolished in the 70's.

Probably about what happened to Barcia for hitting the face of a rock hard jump in a jump only rhythm section. Broken collar bone and ribs. With e faster 4-strokes on these fast tracks, I say it is just a mater of time when a pro dies on the track. It is happening more than ever at local races. One was a guy who got paid by varg to do it's first race. The vid was cut short because a 450 guy who was pro, leading a race before him, crashed and died on the track. (maybe about a year ago now). Now, the vid is scrubbed.

Compared to the best days of the sport in the USA, the "take out moves" are pretty minimal today. Riders would go at it for a race or so, then stop because they usually lost points. They Policed themselves pretty good. One more point. it is much harder to protect yourself from a take out move because to do that, you hog the inside line, not letting him get underneath you. But today, the inside line does not work very well for speed, so they are up in the berm, and a sitting duck. Tracks should be designed so the inside lines and outside lines both produce competitive lap times.

Lets see if you are right after the last 2 rounds. AP got hurt in a first turn crash (a qualifier I think), and he was limping off the track. I do believe ELI would do a great job too, but that is because his mental state right now is pretty level, like ready to retire and no pressure set him free. AP has been riding his very well before this round, and he is mentally tougher than Eli overall. AP also wants to ride the MXofN to express the freedom we used to have in the USA, while Eli had no problem not sending our 2 champions, Adam and Eli, (FIM decision I bet, blamed it on Kawasaki). AP would have told Kawasaki that he wanted to go. I bet he would find another ride too.

That is how you ride the sand. In reality, the Euro's would do the same, and we are just not that good in it overall. The reason why I got good in the sand, (the bigger the whoops the better later in my riding it) was because I hung it out more (learning) because it did not hurt as much to crash. :)

This race should've been on the nascar track or the dirt track, but they may have been preparing those tracks for upcoming car races, but at least those tracks wouldn't have had concrete walls all around the place for these guys to land on. This is part of the playoffs-the biggest races in the sport and its on a makeshift track meant for drag races (who dont jump and only go in a straight line for a couple seconds) so their tracks arent suitable for dirt bike racings safety needs

Even on the start if you add the extra dirt you still put a line to designate the track limit. Get rid of the tough blocks completely and use the white line and for goodness sake put some air bags over those concrete barriers like what moto gp has.

I agree Cooksey! Danger to 450 Pro MX in 2025 after clinching a dominant 250 Pro SX Title. And I have no doubt that he will be abled to go bar to bar with Jett and win. I highly doubt he'd dominate Jett... But I think we'll get similar racing as we did in the days of McGrath/RC4/J$7/CR22/RV2. And as for the up and coming 250 Pros... They just don't put in the work Jett & Danger do... Hunter might... but He doesn't feel comfortable riding out of his comfort zone... It's a matter of how hard & smart they'll work, and how much they'll hang it out. Julien Beaumer was looking solid. Not so much in outdoors... but he's definitely a better sx rider... cool he rips jetski's too! I agree about safety in AMA Sx/Mx/Smx needing to level up.

Nope, 2026 mx is when he'll step up to a 450 if everything goes to plan. He'll want to win an sx title next year and then defend the mx title, will defend in 250 sx in 2026 then he'll go 450 for outdoor. They've never rushed anything through his career and they definitely won't start it now he's at pro level

So Danger might stay if he thinks 250 record books matter more than stepping up and stopping Jett from anymore win streaks? Deegan didn’t blow it… he got wrecked on the start in multiple races and only lost the sx title by a few points. Take away those crashes that weren’t his fault and he easily wins the sx title. RJ was also gifted the sx title after mcadoo and Levi crashed eachother out in Nashville.
