Hello sir Maine Hamilton Beach mixer grinder Liya hai but Mai dar rahi thi coco nut ke liye small jug hai ki big jug hai.ap ka Maine demmo dekha hai .ab Mai befiker ho gyi hai kyon ki itna bda amount lga ke nuksan ho Jaye. I was worried. Now i am free of tension. Thanku sir.sir wet & dry ke liye agar mixer band ho jata hai toh after 5 mint or 2 mints ke baad chalu karna hai sir.Thanks again sir.

Sir can we Grind Wheat, Ragi, Bajra, Jau, Jowar, Makka in it. Any issues ? Another issue is that Hamilton has got ONLY one service center in India. It is in Mumbai. So how customers located in other locations will get services promptly. Is sending the machine to Mumbai the only option ? Kindly Reply.

We just bought this 2 days ago. Lid was broken already, so getting it changed. Plus the jars are heating up like crazy.....Soup mode specially. I added the ingredients at room temperature. But on opening the jar it was STEAMING HOT 😢 Now I'm not confused and worried, specially after paying 21k 😢

Chef Sid, since recent I decided to grind all my masalas at home because the quality is deteriorating and adulteration in the market powders is at it's all time high. I told my maid/cook about my decision of grinding every masala at home. She laughed and said, "bhaiya, haldi ka kya karoge? Mixer blade toot jayegi, haldi nahi pisegi". Though she's just an uneducated cook, but, damn, she knows how to use and care for my very expensive Japanese knives, right from the Hasegawa cutting board to the HAP-40 knives. It took me time and numerous scoldings and threats to her to follow the proper ways to handle and use world class kitchen products. Now she's better at handling every kitchen product better than me. To her comment about Haldi, I gave her the most befitting answer by getting her the Hamilton Beach, she's bewildered and sad that she lost the bet to me 🤣. In my opinion, this is a one stop shop for all your grinding and everything required from a machine. It really dented my pocket to buy this, but, I had to win the challenge and satisfy my ego. Nowadays she's busy cleaning and carefully drying the jars etc. after she's finished using it.

The thing is no one says why it is so so so frightfully costly. No justification. How do I tell my wife that we should buy this Hamilton stuff. We have a Panasonic Mixer Grinder which worked for 12/13 years. did not cost if I remember correctly more than 3/4 thousand and has quite a secure lid closing option too. Yes 1400 watt and close to 22000 rpm these will not ring a bell. Please justify.

I'm not that happy with this mixer grinder.. when we use less or no water to grind vada batter or any other similar thing like shami kabab, then it doesn't grind efficiently.. even chutneys do not grind.. the other day I wanted to grind ginger garlic and green chillies into a fine paste, but unfortunately it did not even grind.. I feel its a waste of money.. does anyone else hav the same complaint.

Very poor customer support. We bought Hamilton beach professional mixer grinder on 24th sept 2022 and wrote to them on on 17th Oct about the jar lids having scratches and cracks only after 7 to 8 times of use. The plastic quality of the jar lids is very poor. There are multiple complaints on social media by other people as well. Do not buy the product as they do not have any customer support to help customers

Pls don't buy .........not worth the money ...... Lids are made up of very poor quality.product.......its my second year of purchase, have hardly used it but two of my lids' clamp hinges have broken on merely opening or closing it.....if anything happens to your lid, the machine won't work as the lids are in sync with the motor sensor ......5 year warranty is merely an eyewash, the company doesn't cover any such damage even if the product is under so called warranty......have registered a complaint with the company but in vain.......after sending the pic, videos etc, have been asked to buy new lids .....bought it thru Amazon and it is full of reviews relating to lid in particular as on date.........the lids those have to be quite sturdy are actually built with poor quality material..........
