First clip was a really decent dude and a cop. See the car doing exactly what he's said he's had to deal with all night makes it even more realizable why he's getting upset. He stopped ya guys for a heads up more so than try to arrest or cause them problems and that is exactly how cops should be.

He had no reason to effect a stop at all! He's pissed off and taking it out on the nearest person(s) who he saw on bikes. He overstepped his bounds, period. And I can safely bet that he told NO ONE he was making a stop. So if these guys hadn't been as standup as they are, this rookie idiot would, at best, be laying there bleeding and unconscious, or, at worst, DEAD... and no one would know where he was. I am a dispatcher and his actions are a nightmare for dispatchers around the world. This LEO is a liability to his dept.

It's true - every cop that has ever pulled me over claims he rides a 'Harley' or 'BMW' or even (lately) a 'Ducati'. While a few seemed to know what only riders would know, there is no way all of them were telling it like it is. It's in the training - relating to you on an obvious personal level.....I just nod and say 'oh, awesome - that's a nice bike' - no harm in that, really.....BTW - the police don't have to be honest with you - also part of the training......I should also add I haven't received anything worse than a 'verbal warning' in over 25 years and counting.....be courteous, respectful, and polite, it goes a long way....

@@owenbrau63 Yes, because I know he's just doing his *job* and thus there is no reason to get uppity. In fact, getting uppity puts them on their guard because it makes them think you are hiding something. You want them to treat YOU with respect, then treat THEM with respect. Don't get aggressive. And yes, I've been pulled over twice, once because I was driving over a solid line (which I didn't realize it) and another because when I was in Chattanooga (after Atlanta's airport lost power a few years ago, flight was diverted to Nashville) had to drive and got lost in that place, cop pulled me over and asked me if everything was ok and I pretty much told him what was going on. So no, there is no excuse to get aggressive. No reason to get uppity. It is their JOB to make sure the public is safe, you are not helping them by being an idiot.

@irpirate If the officer has seen people racing around on their bikes, then that is hardly zero evidence. It is proof that people are, in fact, doing that. Whether it is them is another matter (and quite frankly, we have no way of knowing since the video doesn't show that part. So it is suspect on whether they were also causing issues) So no, the officer isn't in the wrong here. The biker needs to cool his jets.

@irpirate Ok. Let me explain to you in very simple terms since it seems you are not getting my point. 1. The officer stated that there are bikers running around, breaking the law, speeding and such. (probable cause) 2. Officer see's a group of bikers, he presumes they are the ones, and pulls them over. 3. Biker acts like an IDIOT and get's aggressive with the officer, when the officer realizes they aren't the ones, he backs off but the biker still acts like a complete IDIOT. 4. Breaking the law is considered probably cause for the officer to pull you over. They may in fact pull the wrong person over, it happens, it's happened to me after all. At no point did I get aggressive with the officer or act like a complete bonehead (unlike this biker) instead I was professional and after the officer realized he had made a mistake he thanked me for understanding. So no, officer doesn't need to cool it or anything, he acted professional - UNLIKE the biker who was a complete idiot. Now, maybe you'll understand my point, but I somehow doubt it.
