carters2 not everyone's district and state has the same system, and for whatever reason it's more expensive to use the online service than in person. Not sure exactly why an automated computer system costs more than a human that should cost more considering a system can do more in a day and you don't have to pay for a networks health/life insurance but oh well. I'll pay more for convenience just like anyone else, especially considering the dmv and no one has a wonderfully smooth experience with dmv employees.

The biker was definitely too close, but a lot of police officers need to know that the 20 feet(or 1 car length) per 10mph is for everything except motorcycles. Alabama's law for motorcycle following distance is 2 seconds, no matter the speed limit.
