4711 is still around and very affordable , I’m sure the formula has been changed over time Arden green tea is such a pretty fresh fragrance I bet I’d love the solinotes one ,I adore the solinotes Vanille Another nice tea one if Still from JLo I got a lot of my fragrances from fragrance buy Canada ,they have such great deals Love hearing you are enjoying your fragrances after being sick for so long ❤ Hahaha I relate to you so much ,you say you are rambling but I do the same and actually people who watch us like it LOL Here I am making a long ass comment just like you !!! I don't think that you ramble on too much like me though. You're more focused than me I think. But I do remember you said you have ADHD and I am pretty sure I have undiagnosed ADD of some kind. LOL!! My report cards through school always said "easily distracted",🤣😂🤣 Now I actually am glad I was never put on any meds for it because I believe people are not meant to be all the same. I think each idiosyncrasy has it's value and place. Some of us are just meant to be distracted by a pretty butterfly or ......Oh wait, what's that over there.....LOL!!🤣😂🤣💗💗💗

As summer grinds on here on the San Fernando valley the tea fragrances are helpful in feeling cool and fresh! I currently have 2 tea perfumes. EAs White Tea which is so subtle that it could offend zero people! And the other is Still by JLo which basically is my signature fragrance right now! 🥰

Hi Ingrid!!! I know it's sweltering where you are now!! I did love the SoCal heat but it definitely poses challenges! I never did my makeup until I got to wherever I was going because it would all melt off! I remember those days of my cassette tapes melting in the car! LOL!! Shows my age but I don't care! Tea fragrances are so fresh! I have the original 4711, I find it somewhat barbershop, but very fresh. I’ve never tried any of flankers.

Yes orig 4711 is SO BARBERSHOP!! You hit the nail on the head Michelle!! I used to sell it in the 80's and have always liked it but there is definitely that masculine element to it when it dries down. I am glad that Maurer & Wirtz bought it though. I like all these little flankers they keep coming up with. I have not tried them all but they sure are cute! Thanks for watching EDK dear!!

I was looking for a fragrance to bring on a cross-country trip and got turned on to Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Cherry Blossom. It was soft enough not to offend anyone on the plane and I could get a pretty big size, enough to last a long time, but not so big that the TSA would seize it. I want to order JLo "Still" as I've heard it has a tea note and loads of people like it. It's hard to find a good transition fragrance sometimes. I think of apples and sunflowers this time of year.

Hi Laurie!!! That's an excellent choice for that kind of trip. I love every one of that line I've tried even though I don't own them all! Personally, like yourself I also try to be very inoffensive with fragrances to other people. My mom had emphysema and it got worse as she aged. One time we were really excited to go to this one Chinese restaurant for I think it was my birthday. We had just had our meal served when someone in the nearby smoking section (this was in the late 80's) lit up a cig and my mom absolutely could not breath and we had to leave immediately. Flash forward to how ill I've been this last year, anything would make me feel ill or dizzy. Even in the ER the male nurse's deodorant was too much for me. Of course I would not say anything to them because I appreciated them so much, but a lot of people don't care or maybe just don't know how much smoke or fragrances or detergents or cleaning products can send someone into a downward spiral!!! Nobody knows or can understand until it's they or their loved ones who are suffering, eh? It seems to be a major challenge of mankind. None of us can really understand the hardships of anyone else unless we've gone through it ourselves. *sigh*. Thanks for watching, Laurie! And BTW. I was thinking about your upcoming surgery. I think it's good to get these things done and out of the way, but if you have any feelings of apprehension about it, and you can wait, there is also that option if your gut feeling is to wait.
