Valerie Bealle, Metal Clay Artist and Instructor from Long Island, New York visited the Cool Tools studio to demonstrate how to make this beautiful pendant using PMC Flex, Scratch Foam and an Extruder. This particular piece is finished with gold plating.

Hi LIsa, PMC Flex is a good .999 fine silver product that is very flexible in the green ware state. There is no downside if you want fine silver. Valerie Bealle uses it almost exclusively. Thank you for the question!

Are they actual jump rings, and embedded in the clay or what? I see findings on the Cool Tools website that have tabs; how thick are they, and how does using them compare to using just regular jump rings?
