Skill issue, Norris needs team orders to finish any higher than 3rd from pole, in the fastest car and with 3 times as much experience as his teammate. McLaren specifically told both of them they could race each other, McLaren literally gave Norris the better strategy. Piastri is racing for his career. His manager mark webber knows all too well what happens when you concede to your team mate. Piastri is a world champion. He gets things done. He’s years prior to entering f1 has been more successful than Lando and mAx put together. Lando is not in. A title fight. It’s virtually impossible to beat max this year.

Slap or your teammate to the dust, like Verstappen on Perez, or be slapped. This season has shown that Norris is still weak and soft to be championship material. Piastri shown that he is fearless and will fight anyone. And Mark Webber as his mentor is teaching him well. The faster Piastri gets, the worse it gets for Lando.

More like oscar lost the respect from his team, his mechanics and McLaren fan. All that risky dive only to lose the race to charles. His selfishness caused him and Lando to lose a win. That move made McLaren change from a one to 2 stop race. Lando went into the race for a 1-2, oscar and his ego went into the race hoping for a win and not giving 2 f about the team 1-2.
