I lived within half a mile of Knighton Gorges until I was 18, and never saw anything spooky. I did ride my bike past there at 5:30am a few times and almost soil my cycling shorts though! One particularly misty morning did make my body feel a bit odd going past that area but can't attribute it to ghosts categorically :) Big fan of your lunches! Now I was fully prepared to cast a skeptical eye over a 2mph walker dishing out tips, but when you post a 27km+ walk averaging 3mph, I sit up and take note (they were great tips btw!) Thanks for another entertaining video cool dude! :)

You're dead right about not stopping. Getting going again after a stop, particularly late in the day, is really hard. Eat on the hoof, and try not to linger at checkpoints. Well done Marek! That was brilliant and for such a good cause. I walked the Transwight Challenge way back in 1983 with a Girl Guide/Ranger group; the crazy thing was we did it from Sunset to Sunrise and from west to east, so no beautiful views and I vaguely remember us getting disorientated on Tennyson Down in the fog. I wish I'd known about the vaseline, I managed to get blisters on the soles of my feet, which is quite a feat/feet! Some crazy youngsters ran it! In the dark!! This challenge was by far the better option and what a nice medal. Well done.
