sir good pm. membership for primary coops are individuals unlike secondary coops membership are primary cooperatives and tertiary coops membership are unions or federations. Private corporations or institutions are not qualified to become members.

I want to reach out my friends abroad to set a cooperative for sustainable living for our community ( Like solar power, biogas, solar water well, community nursery), but I myself is American Citizen, Do I have to have dual Citizenship and can we apply remotely since we are from different part of the world?

sir you can become a member of the general assembly during the general assembly meeting qualifing only the member in good standing (MIGS) who can participate and vote for annual elected officers like board of directors, audit committee and election committe. Non MIGS are disqualified to participate during general assembly meeting therefore they are not qualified to vote.

Sir TANUNG lang po pwedi ba agad Ma carried na member ang newly applicant na hendi pa dumaan sa M.P.S. PERU nag bigay na ng share capital ka open lang ng board na payagan mag dag dag ng member hindi pa po naaamind ang dati na by laws ,
